Programmes

Seven skills the market is paying for.

Each one is taught by someone working in it, to the standard a paying client would accept. When the market stops buying a skill, we stop teaching it.

Copywriting

Writing for a reader who is skimming, distracted and already suspicious of you. You learn how to open, how to hold attention, how to handle the objection before it is raised, and how to ask for the sale without sounding desperate. Everything is written against a real brief and marked honestly.

Web Design

Layout, hierarchy, spacing, type and responsive behaviour. You learn why a page feels expensive or cheap before anyone reads a word of it, and how to design for the phone first because that is where nearly all your traffic will be. You finish with live sites, not mockups.

Vibe Coding

You direct, review and ship. The real skill is knowing exactly what to ask for, reading the output critically, and catching the moment the model confidently gives you something broken. People who cannot do that produce code they do not understand and cannot fix.

Email Marketing

How to build a list worth having, write sequences people stay subscribed to, and keep your mail out of the spam folder. Deliverability gets proper time here because a brilliant campaign nobody receives is worth nothing.

Social Media Management

Strategy, content calendar, production, community management and reporting a client will actually read. You learn to work to a brand voice that is not yours and to defend a decision with a number instead of a feeling.

AI and Automation

You learn to look at repetitive work, break it into steps, and hand the boring parts to tools that run without you. Practical automation for real workflows: intake, follow up, reporting, content operations. The outcome is usually that you become the person your team asks to fix the process.

Video Editing

Pacing, cuts, sound, captions and the short form conventions that decide whether someone stays past three seconds. Taught to the standard a paying client accepts, which means the feedback is honest rather than encouraging.

Not a skill course

Two ways to get direction instead of curriculum.

Some people do not need another skill. They need to work out where they are going and have someone hold them to it.

1 to 1

Career Clarity Coaching

One to one, for the person working hard and going nowhere in particular. We name the actual direction, rebuild how you present yourself, and put a ninety day plan in place with checkpoints you cannot quietly skip. Delivered by a certified career coach trained through Lotus Coaching LLC in Florida.

group

Mentorship Cohort

A small group over months, covering skill alongside the character to hold it. Skills that arrive faster than judgement tend not to survive contact with money and pressure. This runs long, stays small, and gives direct access. Application only, and we turn people down.

Format

What you are actually signing up for.

Live and recorded

Weekly live sessions where questions get answered in the room. Recordings go up afterwards, but the people who show up get further.

Briefs, not quizzes

You produce real work against real constraints, and it gets reviewed honestly. Comfortable feedback is how people stay average.

Capped cohorts

Numbers are limited so the review time per person stays meaningful. This is why intake is by application rather than checkout button.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does a programme cost?

It depends on the skill and the intake. Apply and you get the current fee, the payment options and the dates in the reply, usually within two working days.

Do I need experience to start?

No. Copywriting, web design, social media and video editing all start from zero. Vibe coding and AI automation go faster if you already work with computers daily, and the application call checks that before we take your money.

Is this online or in person?

Online by default, so location is not a barrier. Staff training can be delivered on site, and some cohorts include optional in person sessions in Nigeria.

Will I get a job at the end?

No programme can promise that honestly, and you should distrust any that does. What we promise is portfolio work, positioning support and referrals into paid work for the people who earn it.

Can my company enrol a team?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We train staff on your tools and processes, run workshops for small business owners, and take directors one to one. Tell us the team size and the outcome you want on the form.

Applications take about five minutes.

Tell us your starting point and the track you want. We will tell you honestly if a different one suits you better.
