Who you are dealing with
JI Global Consultancy Ltd, registered in Nigeria, RC 7826798. Referred to below as we, us or JI Global.
Using this website
You may read it, share it and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it, copy it wholesale, resell its content, or use it to train a commercial model without our written permission. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or submit anything unlawful through the forms.
Nothing here is a binding offer
Everything on this site is a description of what we do, not a contract. No agency work begins until there is a written proposal setting out scope, price, timeline and owners, and you have accepted it. Until then, nobody owes anybody anything.
Academy enrolment
Fees, dates, payment terms, deferral and refund conditions are set out in the enrolment agreement you receive before any payment is taken. Read it. That document governs your place on a programme, not this page and not anything said on a call.
Places on cohort programmes are capped. We may decline an application, and we may end a place for conduct that damages other people on the programme.
We do not promise outcomes
We do not guarantee a job, an income, a ranking, a conversion rate or a growth figure, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. What we commit to is the standard of the work and the honesty of the feedback. Results depend on your market, your effort and conditions none of us control.
Who owns what
The content, design, copy and code of this website are ours. Work produced for a client belongs to that client on the terms set out in their engagement agreement, normally on full payment. Course materials, handbooks and curriculum remain ours and are licensed to you for your own learning, not for resale or redistribution.
Third-party links
We link to other websites, including personal sites belonging to our team. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. If a client engagement agreement specifies something different, that agreement wins for that engagement.
